Voila...portable quick and easy sandwich without the bread! And it has a nice crunch!

Ingredients
  1. Romaine Lettuce or Large Leaf Spinach
  2. Filling of your choice
Instructions
  1. Place filling in washed whole piece of lettuce and roll.
  2. Secure with a toothpick.
You can use almost anything as a filling
  1. Tuna Salad
  2. Taco fixings
  3. Bell Pepper stuffing
  4. Anything you would normally put in a sandwich or a wrap.
Notes
  1. You can also use Green or Savoy Cabbage, just steam it first.
