Ingredients
  1. 4-8 Lamb Chops, cut into pairs (two chops each piece)
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Seasonings & Herbs
  4. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  5. Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Rub Oil and Seasonings into meat and let sit for at least 30 minutes in the refrigerator.
  2. Preheat oven to 350 degrees with Cast Iron Skillet in it.
  3. Place lamb chops on one side in skillet and bake, turning over once.
  4. Cooking times will vary depending on thickness and temperature desired (see Tips and Tricks). Allow to cook until each side is nicely caramelized and browned.
  5. Do not over cook.
Notes
  1. Serve with Cauliflower or Fennel Puree and leafy greens (see Recipes).
  2. You could also cook these on the grill.
  3. Get creative with spices!
  4. Use the Fines Herbs Spice Blend (see Recipe).
  5. Try garlic, rosemary, thyme, oregano, savory, fennel or mustard.
  6. Have fun with it!
