Ingredients
  1. Fish Filet of Choice (Try Sea Bass, Salmon, Swordfish, Tuna, etc.)
  2. Onion, chopped
  3. Garlic, (either whole or minced)
  4. Butter/Ghee (or oil)
  5. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  6. Sea Salt
  7. Other spices
Instructions
  1. Put all ingredients in tin foil, seal tightly, and cook on the grill until fish is thoroughly cooked.
  2. You could even add a cedar chip to it for flavor!
If cooking it indoors
  1. Use parchment paper instead of foil and bake in the oven at 350 degrees until fish is cooked through.
Notes
  1. You could include vegetables with the fish if you like.
  2. Add whatever spices you want. Thyme is always good. Fresh lemon zest, sage, whatever you like.
  3. Top with fresh Fennel puree, Mango Salsa (See Recipes).
