Orange Rosemary Olive Dressing

Ingredients
  1. Orange (finely chopped zest and juice)
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Chopped Green Olives (not in vinegar)
  4. Shallot, minced
  5. Fresh Rosemary (leaves only)
  6. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  7. Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together
  2. Spoon over salad or use as a marinade.
Notes
  1. You can use any spices you want. Try Sage, Oregano, or Thyme.
  2. You can use Coconut Vinegar and Unbuffered Vitamin C Crystals in place of the Orange
  3. You could also use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar which has antifungal properties.
  4. Try heating this on the stove and add a thickening agent (like agar agar) to turn it into a sauce.
