Ingredients
  1. Orange (finely chopped zest and juice)
  2. Hazelnut Oil
  3. Chopped Hazelnuts
  4. Shallot, minced
  5. Fresh Basil
  6. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  7. Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Whisk all ingredients together
  2. Spoon over salad or use as a marinade.
Notes
  1. You can use any spices or nuts you want. Try Walnuts or Pecans. Try Macadamia Oil.
  2. You can use Coconut Vinegar and Unbuffered Vitamin C Crystals in place of the Orange
  3. You could also use Bragg's Apple Cider Vinegar which has antifungal properties.
  4. Try heating this on the stove and add a thickening agent (like agar agar) to turn it into a sauce.
