Ingredients
  1. Strawberries
  2. Blueberries
  3. Almonds
  4. Unsweetened Plain Yogurt (Organic)
  5. Vanilla Crème Liquid Stevia
Instructions
  1. Clean and prep berries.
  2. Toss berries and nuts in a bowl.
  3. Mix 1-3 drops of Vanilla Crème Liquid Stevia into yogurt.
  4. Pour over berries and nuts and mix.
Notes
  1. You can use any fruit or nuts with this. I try to stick with berries.
  2. I also recommend sprouted nuts.
  3. This is great for taking to work or on the road. Just keep yogurt separate from fruit until you are ready to eat.
  4. You can also serve this as a side dish, a dessert, or a snack.
