Ingredients
  1. 1 Egg
  2. 1 Serving of the fruit of your choice
  3. (I prefer Blueberries, Strawberries; a grapefruit or a green apple on occasion.)
Instructions
  1. Boil egg in water for 12 minutes (hard-boiled).
  2. Take out of water and cool in cold water.
  3. Peel and eat egg with fruit! It's that easy!
Notes
  1. You can use any fruit with this.
  2. You could also eat veggies with it instead.
  3. You could add nuts to this or in place of the egg as well.
  4. This is great for taking to work or on the road because it comes in its own package!
