Ingredients
  1. Pecans (or your choice and combination of nuts)
  2. Unsweetened Coconut Milk
  3. Cinnamon
  4. Liquid Stevia or Coconut Crystals to taste
Instructions
  1. Place nuts in Food Processor and puree until very fine.
  2. Gradually add Coconut Milk in and puree until you reach the desired consistency.
  3. Add Cinnamon to taste.
  4. Top with berries if you like, and serve.
Notes
  1. I have seen some recipes for this that use half of a banana to add a creaminess to it. I tend not to use this because it is so high carb. Limit it at any rate.
  2. I recommend using sprouted nuts.
  3. You can use any nut or combination you want with this.
