Breakfast is one of the hardest things to wrap your head around when making this dietary change. We all are so used to cereal and bread in the morning we feel lost. Grains eaten in the morning tend to disrupt your digestion for the rest of the day.
Change the way you view breakfast. Smaller meals actually tend to be better in the morning to give your body a chance to “break the fast” gently.
You can eat anything at breakfast. You have breakfast foods for dinner sometimes, why not do the opposite.
Eating leftovers from lunch or dinner the day before is perfectly acceptable!
Think outside of the breakfast bar, and get creative.
