Spinach Salad

This is one of my all-time favorites. Everything I love all together.

Ingredients
  1. Spinach, washed, and broken into bite sized pieces (see tips & tricks)
  2. Roasted Red Bell Pepper, chopped (see recipe)
  3. Heirloom Tomato, chopped
  4. Caramelized Shallot, cooled
  5. Walnuts
Instructions
  1. See the tips & Tricks for how to wash Spinach easily.
  2. See the Misc. Recipes section for the Roasted Bell Pepper and Caramelized onion.
  3. Mix all ingredients in a large bowl and toss.
  4. Put in serving bowls or on a plate
  5. Pour your desired dressing.
Notes
  1. You can add any veggies or nuts to this. Change it up, do what you like.
  2. I used to love a Miso dressing on Spinach salads, but I've given up fermented foods. Instead I use a Mustard dressing or an Orange Hazelnut dressing (see Recipes).
