2015-09-26 15:49:39
This is so easy and adds so much flavor to sauces and sides.

Ingredients
  1. Whole head of garlic, with end cut off
  2. Olive Oil
Instructions
  1. Cut off the end of the whole head of garlic (not the root end, the other end, so it stands up).
  2. Drizzle olive oil on it.
  3. Place in Garlic Roaster in oven.
  4. Bake at 400 degrees until soft and tender (about 30 minutes).
  5. If you don't have a garlic roaster, you can use a muffin pan covered in foil as shown in the link.
Notes
  1. You could use any oil you want. I prefer the flavor of Olive Oil with garlic, but you could try anything. You could even use melted Coconut Oil!
