Ingredients
  1. Oil or Butter/Ghee
  2. Onion, Vegetable, or Meat
  3. Sea Salt
  4. Seasonings optional
Instructions
  1. Sauté in oil or butter long enough to create a delicate browning.
  2. With onions, this happens after it has turned translucent.
  3. Meats get a nice flavor and color on the outside
  4. Root vegetables become very sweet.
  5. Don't burn it, though. It is a delicate balance.
Notes
  1. See the instructions linked, just skip the sugar. Salt does the trick.
