Ingredients
  1. 1 bunch of Leafy Greens (Spinach, Kale, Swiss Chard, Collard Greens, etc…)
  2. 1-2 Garlic Cloves, minced
  3. Oil or Butter/Ghee
  4. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  5. Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Clean greens well (see tips and tricks for Spinach).
  2. Cut or tear into medium sized pieces.
  3. With greens that have thick stems down the middle, fold leaf in half and cut along edge of stem to remove it easily.
  4. Sauté garlic in a large skillet or wok.
  5. Add greens and sauté until wilted.
  6. Season to taste.
  7. Serve hot.
Notes
  1. Get creative with spices for this.
  2. You can use onions with or instead of garlic.
  3. You can add any herb or spice you like.
  4. You could also add artichoke hearts, sliced or ground nuts, sundried tomatoes, whatever suits you.
