Refreshing Lime Mint Mojito

This is a great non-alcoholic drink for those summer Barbeques.

Ingredients
  1. 10 Mint leaves
  2. 1/2 Lime (with skin and pulp)
  3. 1 Cup Ice Cubes
  4. 3/4 Cup Club Soda or Unsweetened Sparkling Water
  5. Liquid Stevia Clear to taste
Instructions
  1. Put Lime and Mint in a Drink Shaker (or a glass with a lid).
  2. Use a Muddle to squish all the juices and oils out of them.
  3. Then add ice cubes and Club Soda.
  4. Add a couple drops of Stevia.
  5. Put lid on shaker and shake until blended.
  6. Add more Stevia to taste.
  7. Serve cold with a slice of lime or mint leaf.
Notes
  1. Traditionally, this is made with simple sugar and Rum. This is the non-alcoholic but just as refreshing version!
