Mango Salsa

A delicious hot and sweet dip or sauce.
Ingredients
- 1 Mango
- 1 Shallot
- 1 Tsp. Red Chile Flakes
- Olive or Macadamia Oil
Instructions
- Heat Oil in skillet.
- Add Shallot and sauté until tender.
- Add Mango and Red Chile Flakes.
- Sauté until warm and tender.
- Spoon over meat or dish, or chill and use as a dip.
Notes
- Use this as a sauce for any dish. Can also use this on the side as a Chutney. Goes well with fish, shellfish, and chicken.
