Mango Salsa

A delicious hot and sweet dip or sauce.

Ingredients
  1. 1 Mango
  2. 1 Shallot
  3. 1 Tsp. Red Chile Flakes
  4. Olive or Macadamia Oil
Instructions
  1. Heat Oil in skillet.
  2. Add Shallot and sauté until tender.
  3. Add Mango and Red Chile Flakes.
  4. Sauté until warm and tender.
  5. Spoon over meat or dish, or chill and use as a dip.
Notes
  1. Use this as a sauce for any dish. Can also use this on the side as a Chutney. Goes well with fish, shellfish, and chicken.
