Ingredients
  1. 1 bunch of fresh Green Kale
  2. Olive Oil
  3. Fresh Ground Black Pepper
  4. Sea Salt
Instructions
  1. Wash Kale and shake off excess water.
  2. Cut or tear into "chip" size pieces.
  3. Toss in a mixing bowl with a little Olive oil and Salt and pepper to taste.
  4. Spread in one even layer on baking sheet.
  5. Bake at 375 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until lightly brown on edges and crispy.
  6. Let cool and enjoy!
  7. Best if eaten fresh. Does not store well.
Notes
  1. You can use any herb or spice blend you want with this.
  2. Try adding some Red Chile Flakes or cayenne pepper for a little heat.
  3. You could add sesame or pumpkin seeds.
  4. Mix with ground almonds.
  5. Get creative!
