- 2 Parts Fresh Basil
- 2 Parts Fresh Chervil
- 1 Part Fresh Tarragon
- 1 Part Fresh Marjoram
- Mix all ingredients together.
- Store extra in a tightly sealed jar in a cool dark place.
- Adjust the proportions and customize it to your taste.
- I also add Fresh Ground Black Pepper and Sea Salt to each dish, so I do not add it into my blends.
- Add fresh chives or fennel at time of cooking.
- You can use fresh and then dry the unused portion, or just use dried.
- Dried herbs will have a different and less intense flavor and aroma.
